Privacy statement

Who we are

Craivo, based in Oosthuizen, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42129084. We are the data controller for the data that comes in through this site. For privacy questions, write to info@getcraivo.com.

What we collect and why

We only collect what you fill in yourself. There are three forms on this site.

• Contact form. Your name, email address and your message. We use those to answer your question, nothing else.
• Sample batch request. Your company name, name, email address and what you tell us about your product, style and goal, plus any reference images you send along. We use those to make your sample batch and to discuss it with you.
• Pricing brochure download. Your email address, your company name if you fill it in, the language of the page and the moment you agreed to this statement. We use those to be able to send you the brochure and to show that you gave consent.

We never ask for more than we need, and any field that is not required can simply be left empty.

Where your data is stored

The data from the forms is stored in a secured database inside the European Union, shielded so that only we can reach it. Images you send with a request are kept in a shielded storage folder at the same provider. We do not store payment details on this site.

How long we keep it

Requests and messages are kept for as long as the contact is running and for a maximum of two years after that, so we can find a running conversation again. Data from the brochure download is kept for a maximum of two years after your request. If you become a client, the retention periods from our terms and conditions apply, along with the statutory period for business records. Want to be removed sooner? We will delete your data on request.

We do not sell anything on

We do not sell or rent out your data, and we do not share it with advertisers. We do use service providers to run the site and the database, and they may only process your data on our behalf and never for their own purposes.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. There is no visitor analytics running that follows you between websites.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected and to have it deleted. You can also ask us to restrict its use, object to processing, and request your data in a common file format so you can take it with you. Consent you have given can always be withdrawn again.

Send your request to info@getcraivo.com. We respond within 30 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

If the way we handle data changes, we update this statement and the date below.
